HDMI to Phono Cable

Does anyone know if there is a cable that connect a HDMI source to Phono outputs so i can connect to a SONOS or Amp input?

There is a company that does HDMI to component but it is meant for the Wii cable, you could ring them to find out if it would do what you want/ need.
