HDMI switchers or Thor 2 Way Automatic HDMI Selector.. any good?

I am in need of another input for HDMI on my amp but as i am not prepared to sell my 605 onky i was considering using a switcher devic or a 2 into one thingy ( Thor 2 Way Automatic HDMI Selector) that i saw in maplins the other day... Does anyone know if these are any good... will they keep the picture and sound signal up ok? Anyone got one??

I bought a 3 input HDMi switcher for my Sony LCD as it only had one HDMi port. The one I have is a basic push the switch version. You can buy them with remotes but they are much more expensive. I think i paid around £20 for mine. I have not noticed at reduction in picture quality. I don't know how good they are with audio though.
