Having run out of HDMI inputs on my TV , I wondered if some one could recommend (from experience of using one??) a HDMI splitter that doesn`t loose too much quality/signal etc etc.... as I`m possiblly wanting to add (yet again!!!) another component (V-Box).

Any advice (as always) is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks... Jotaboy

Rather than a splitter, you need a switch (a splitter takes one input and outputs to two or more displays).

This one looks okay according to the reviews, or this one if you don't want the remote. Neet seem to have good after sales support in case there is an issue.

Note the comments on the design of it though in that you have an HDMI cable coming out of each side, which might make it tricky to position. In which case, perhaps this one instead (again, good overall reviews).

Do you have any experience of these units, thinking it would tidy up the back of my tv considerably, I believe I only have 1 HDMI pass through on my receiver (thinks................maybe I will check before I embarrass myself )

Thanks

Not the switches I'm afraid. Have got a Neet splitter, which worked fine for splitting the signal from my Freeview HD box to two TVs during a Wimbledon final party I hosted.
