I'll be shocked if you regret buying one

Just bear in mind that the software is very configurable and after your first attempt, you'll probably need to go back and adjust/re-configure some aspects. Then, its just a case of how much refinement you want to add.

Yup. Support is excellent. Solved two of my problems within hours. great remote. Thanks Logitech. They do have a great lineup of products.

Got my Harmony One today, just spent an hour setting it up with the basics, seems pretty good, but complicated to tweak !!!

Have put the other remotes away for good hopefully .
