Need to know can the Samsung PS50Q97HDX be wall hung, no mention of it in anything I've come across. How does this screen compare with newer models by any manufacturer, is it now a bit long in the tooth or still "a superlative screen" Would I be better going down a little to say the Sony KDL 46D3000/3500 or am I still on track.

Yes it can, there are 2 options here either go for and aftermarket universal Wall bracket or Samsungs own Motorised bracket for this TV that will conect to the TV allowing you to adjust the Tilt and Swivell of the TV via the TV remote.

On to the other question concerning if this TV is still "a Superlative Screen" then the answer is YES, even more so seeing that it can be found for about £700 and IMHO at this screen size Plasma is allways the way to go rather than LCD.

Arrrrtgh! I was looking at one of these when I first decided I wanted a new TV! Great set for the money, just a shame I can't fit it in the room....

Suggest where for £700, best was considerably more than that!
