Grado Sr325is, Sr 225i or Sr80i

Hello, i have read in many forums that 325is is too bright and fatiguing. A lot of people say that 225i is more neutral, better to listen all music types. Is it true? It can be that they only had listened 325i without final "S"?? What changes have 325is over 325i? I will use them with my Macbook pro without amp. Sometimes i will use them with av amplifier. For all music do you recommend 325is over 225i? I can't listen them in my town. Thanks

None of the Grado headphones are neutral, they are all biased to give a bright presentation with rolled of bass response.

Lots of people love this sound signature but lots don't, they are like marmite.

Personally I found the RS2i's I had very fatiguing to listen to and they virtually killed the listening experience for me. You definitely need to try them yourself and for a good period of time with lots of genres of music to see if they are for you.

I've a a pair SR60i, and find them too overpowering on a long listen. I'd personally look at these
