Grado SR325e broken cupholder

Anyone have any ideas with this one? One of my headphone cupholders- the black plastic thing that holds the cups onto the headband has broken in half- no idea how so they are not wearable.
Is it possible to get replacements from somewhere as I dont think the part will glue as I dont think the thread will work and only break again.
