Figure of 8 Cables + HDMI advice

Hi All,

I am new to the forum but have been a regular to the site.

Been slowly upgrading my gear and I am wanting to get the best out of what I already have. I have just upgraded my power cable on my Sony KDL-46X3000 to a Wireworld Stratus 5 (and being sceptical about the whole power cable making a difference) I found the picture to be amazingly clear, less distortion and vivid colour.

* What I am wanting is to upgrade my BDP-760 and PS3 power cable with Fig of 8 connectors and get a similar upgrade.

* Secondly I am wanting to upgrade my Freesat and PS3 Slim HDMI Cable from the IXOS Studio XHT288 as it has sync issues and I get snow. Will it be worth buying 2 more Chord Company Supershield or with THATCABLE HDMI suffice?

Here is my modest setup but I love it, especially as I lounge in my classic Charles Eames Chair 🙂

On the Russ Andrews website, you can order a 8 figure to Std connector for about £5 inc. P&P, I have one on my Sky HD+ box and TV and they work a treat.
