EPOS ELS SUB SUBWOOFER vs MISSION E3 ASR SUBWOOFER

Hi there just bought a set of Tannoy custom f1 speakers to go with my Yamaha RX-V 461DAB amp and wanted to add a sub to the system. I have £200 to spend and have narrowed it down to the two above. I would appreciate it if anyone has tried or tested either of the subs and can give me some advice. I would also appreciate it if there is a better sub out there that would complement my system for the price. Look forward to hearing from someone.

Can someone help me really. I have found both subs for £199 and need to make a decision can someone or one of the editors that has listened to both subs guide me please.

I'm in the exact same position. I have £220 to spend on a sub and am considering the EPOS ELS or Wharfedale Diamond SW150 from superfi. I'm undecided as yet because i would idealy like to hear them both first. I need a sub to be good for music also. Also, if i connected a hi-fi subwoofer to the headphone socket on a marshall guitar practice amp (if possible) would it get damaged? i.e. Bad Idea.
