Dynaudio Xeo 2 or Xeo 4 ?

Hello,

Surprisingly, it looks like the recent Dynaudio Xeo 2 have better specs than older Xeo 4 : power, bandwidth, Hi-Res compatibility (with Dynaudio Connect)...

But Xeo 4 still are more expensive.

Does any of you have an idea about this ? Can you please help me to choose ? 🙂

I had the same question as you. From my inquiries, I understand that the build quality on the Xeo 4 is better (better drivers, wood cabinet, better finish, bracing, etc), max SPL is greater, and they are more appropriate when it comes to a typical stand-mounted placement in a room. If you're looking to wall mount or place your speaker in an otherwise non-optimal setup, the Xeo 2s would be a better choice due to their DSP, size, and mounting choices.

Does any of you have an idea about this ? Can you please help me to choose ? 🙂
