DTS-HD Sound Issue

Hi Everyone

I was looking through the 3 for 2 section on PLAY. COM and came across Edward Scissorhands and noticed in its technical details; Languages: English- DTS-HD. no other sound descriptions ie DD.

Since my YAMAHA AX761  won't process  DTS HD, but it has DTS 96/24, DTS Digital Surround. So what will happen, will it just decode to Dolby Digital?

Hi
Your receiver will just get the core DTS signal and use that. If it was DD True HD it would use the core DD signal.

Huh? well, you won't get DD! You'll get DTS!
