Does Panasonic DMP-BD35 upscale? (is there an inconsistency in What HiFi?)

I notice the review of the Panasonic DMP-BD35 in WhatHiFI S&V describes it as "one heck on an upscaler" (feb 09, p61 for example), whereas the review summary listings at the back ofthe mag shows a blank under the "video scaling" column. Can somebody confirm which is right please?
