Different length speaker cables..does it matter?

I have just bought a Primare i30 amp and want to get the best out of it ,so am looking to buy some quality speaker cable.

However because of the poitioning of the speakers I need different lengths, less than 2m on one side and about 3.5m on the other.

Will I notice any difference by doing this or should I buy equal lengths and hide the excess?

I use QED Anniversary at present so what quality cable (not biwire) would you think will show a significant improvement?

I want to improve the mid and top range mostly.

Probably no difference at all, but I bought equal lengths anyway.

it wont make any difference whats so ever , 2 and a 3 metre, it wouldnt even matter if one leg was 2 and the other was 13, anyone who says otherwise is talking rubbish, electronic man dave

i agree with reggaedave, you won't notice any difference at all.

Thanks all for your replies.Good to hear it wont be detrementalto the sound.

Any thoughts on quality cable?. Am looking at Chord Epic. Anyone use this or a better alternative?
