Denon Pma 1500ae vs Nad 352-355

Hello everyone I found a good opportunity for these amplifiers.my system now consists of Anthem mrx 300 B & W 685 s2 Audilab m-dac rel t5 cables WireWorld solstice 7I'll use ever it as final in HTI heard only the nad 352 is I find a good combination with the b & W.Who has had the opportunity to listen to can advise me?that the difference between these?Best regards Michele
