Denon DBP-1610 Blu Ray Player & AVR1910 setup

I have just purchased a DBP-1610 player to use with my AVR1910 receiver. What are the settings that I need to use for decoding DolbyTrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio?

Last night I tried to enter the Setup menu on the player using the remote whilst watching a blu ray movie but it wont work.......

Is there anyone here using this player and how did you set it up? The manual is not very helpful..........like all Denon manuals.

Ok. I managed to get the BR player set up and it works well. I discovered that DVD playback is only for region 2. Does anyone know if this player can be made region free?
