Denon 3800BD 24FPS settings problem

I have a Denon 3800BD and looking through the settings i was wanting to select the 1080p 24fps, the problem is that this is greyed out and am unable to select. I have reloaded the fimware to make sure that was ok but it still will not let me select it.

Any ideas?

Your TV probably doesn't support 24fps that's why the option is greyed out, what TV and model do you have?
