Hi all, i purchased a denon 2500bt a couple of months ago and for various reasons i've just got around to watching a few movies on it. I played a few movies no problem, infact it was a great experience but i came around to watching the latest Hulk film and it suddenly decides to freeze mid movie. Is this a common problem that occurs with this player? and is anyone aware of solutions to it?

I'll check for firmware updates although i'm not sure what version i already have. But as for the movie itself it plays fine on my ps3 so i presume that the problem is related to the denon.

I've found and downloaded the lastest firmware, but i'm struggling burning it to disk so that my player will read it, anyone any ideas?

jerry16:I'm using a free program called burnaware.

I am not aware of that product, usually all you need to do is select burn from image, make sure it says iso and not img or anything else.

Hi Jerry,

Also make sure that you unzip the folder as well before you burn it to disc and as Michael mentions,it has to be in ISO format. It is also imperative that you follow the instructions on the player when downloading the disc.

Hope this helps.

Sorry been away for a few days, I managed to get it sorted thanks for all the input, cheers.
