dd 2.0 with the Arcam solo movie 2.1

The support desk of Arcam is really a good and very friendly helpdesk. Unfortunately they could not sort out the problem I am facing with dolby digital 2.0. The solo has no problem reading DVD ' s in dd 2.0, but when trying with my satellite receiver it cannot decode it. I have tried all audio options with HDMI and with a coax cable, but it did not work. Now Arcam says the following: #Although sat. receiver can output 5.1 out of its digital output, the Solo cannot process that because it is not a five channel product.# Please note that my satellite receiver can output 5.1 over coax, and 2.0 over HDMI. Audio setup is bitstream as Arcam told me. Can anybody help me please.

That's bad... Did you try PCM Out instead of Bitsream? Is it possible?
