DAC/AMP for speaker, subwoofer and headphones

Hello

Im looking for a good DAC/AMP for my Sennheiser HD598's, my 8" subwoofer and 4 Dali Zensor Pico speakers. I must be able to plug it into my PC, so i can control the audion from there

What would you recommend?

(i'm kinda new to all this HiFi stuff, so please go easy on me)

What you need is an amp that can do it all.

The Marantz PM6005 amp has a DAC inbuilt, a headphone out and 4x binder posts which are switchable only. Its around £240.

The problem is two things, first it's the budget. I would spend £350+.

Second, make sure its has a surround sound processor and has quad or more surround speaker posts.

I'm not saying get this or anything, because you of your sub All I'm saying is if you ask your local store you might find some insight.

Finally, what is your budget?
