i've got one of these. Amazing value for money. It comes with an array of different sized fittings, i'm sure the 4th gen nano is catered for.

Any idea whether an 80gb ipod will work? Looking for a budget but good ipod dock/speakers that will do a teenager!

absolutely. It's amazing value. I got mine about a year ago for just over £60 and i thought that as a bargain. Now it's less than £50, i think. it has a great sound, with the subwoofer built into the main unit, has a warmness to it. Your teenager will love it. Also it comes with a remote that fully controls the i-pod.ÿ
