Two thoughts always come to mind when I read of these large price cuts:

1) The product was clearly originally overpriced.

2) Real sympathy for anyone that may have effectively wasted £1000, maybe just a week or two ago (if anyone has bought - after all, lack of sales is probably the driver of the discount).

Yeh for sure you d be gutted . Don t get me wrong if a 30 day return option is available take it and buy again quid in !
