Good luck and I hope you get your little firmware doodad. But they've had since last November (?) so don't hold your breath. They'll be very busy getting the next generation sorted for launch this Autumn.

Nope apparently for ultra HD 4K Blu-Ray players HDR does work now! It's just Netflix etc that needs the firmware update - get in! *biggrin*
