Connecting a sky plus box to th42pz81?

I am trying to figure how to maintain the twin tuner ability of the sky plus box and use the freesat hd feature of this television, At thbe moment I use sky plus to record a programme I cannot watch another sky subscription programme as I have plugged the dish input 2 lnb cable into the freesat HD tuner in the television. I would appreciate any suggestions, would splitting the lnb signal if that is possible be effective?

Run another cable from the dish to the TV. The dish probably has a 4-way LNB connector, with two spare ones.
