I want to connect a PIONEER PD-S505 disc player
with one analog output

Welcome to the forum.
I would connect the output from your Pioneer to the input on the Loki then connect output of the Loki to any pair of the connections on the Amp labelled A1, A2 etc

On a side note, please tell me what you think of this when you do get it connected. I've been looking at one of these.
