Compare Marantz Dacs

First time ive ever compared Dacs on my CD60 & 70s. connected via RCA & Optical, first time with Optical .Lisening to the same track and switching directly from one to the other ,I'm very surprised how completely diffrent they sound.I havent decided yet what one i prefer.Just a observation .time will tell what one i prefer . still shocked at the diffrent sound outputs.

That was the first thing i noticed the CD60 is much lower but at the moment i think it does sound better still comparing them.

Marantz always did use output level to make their players sound more impressive than others, so it wouldn't surprise me if they upped the outputs of models higher in the range for the same effect.
