Any one rocking the B&W Pv1d in a stereo/sub mix. I want to eventually build the MT60 system but I'm too in love with floorstanders for stereo so I'm thinking of purchasing the ickle 684 S2's and running the Pv1d alongside to handle the lower frequencies that the 684's can't reach. I've read that the Pv1d has inbuilt settings for all B&W speakers so I'm assuming they'd slot in nicely together. But for £2000 I'm also considering the PMC twenty23's. Oh which way to turn !!! Any advice ??

Sorry that I can't offer advice but I am interested in the benefits of adding a sub to a 2 channel music system. I've not ever heard a sub and I wonder why more people don't use them to beef up bass outside of a home cinema set up.

What speakers and amp are you currently using and what kind of music are you playing.
