Hi mate im a big nad fan myself i have a C352 and 521bee and would like to say nad byt to be honest you have to remember the marantz products have been designed to work with each other as have the nad so to be on the safe side they will sound great together if you can audition them if not get matching gear..........

The PM6002 is actually a very nice amp although be aware that the CD6002 can be very bright and fatiguing over long periods. This is especially true when partnered with the PM6002. The Nad amplifier would reduce some of the brightness and give more dynamics to the music but the overall sound may not be to your liking. It would be best if you could listen to these pairings yourself.
