Classe Audio - Changing voltage from 120v to 240v

I've tried buy cant find a UK contact email to discuss classe products. The B&W site only lets you ask questions about B&W branded products. I've sent them an email using their main site nonetheless but I'm not hopeful of a response.

Can' t you do it yourself ? In most 'gear' it is quite easy ? Otherwise, can't you e-mail the American service ?
