Speakercable for my system, NAD C355, NAD C545, MA RX 6, will be Van damme 4 mm. Interconnect i'm looking at the Chord Cobraplus and van den Hul 102. WHF find the cobraplus very good, but isn't Chord always on the bright side?

If you use Van Damme speaker cables why not use Van Damme interconnects as well. They are very close to Chord Cobra Plus but much much cheaper.

FWIW, there is no silver in the Cobraplus, which is what is usually considered to lead to Chord's reputation for brightness.

The advice is sound: you're getting VD speaker cable, get the interconnect, it works (I have it and there is no difference between it and Cobraplus).
