Choosing speakers and cables - please help :)

Hi

I have decided to buy a not to expensive, but hopefully descent HIFI.
I mostly listen to classical music.
I have more or less decided to go for the new Marantz products: PM 6002 and CD 6002

Now I need to choice some speakers and some cables for the system.

Since I don’t have much space I’m aiming for some small speakers placed on stands.
Budget is max 800£.

I have looked at Audiovector Mi-1, Dynaudio Audience 52, but it could be anything that suits the equipment and my type of music.

When I comes to cables I no clues at all. I need signal cables for the CD player and speaker cables.

It would be extremely helpful if some of you guys can give me some advice.

When you say signal cables do you mean RCA interconnects?

The Dyn wouldn't suited to Marantz, imo.

I would be very cautious about the Dynaudio, especially when you mention that you have only a small space. They can be very boomy.
