Canton DM50 sound just stops when watching tv

Hi

can any one help.

We can watching tv and just randomly we loose the sound from my canton dm50. Turn it off and back on and sound returns. Then a couple of minutes later it goes again. Same process again. Turn off/on again sound returns. This may happen 3 times sometimes 10 times then everything can return to normal no issues.

is this a sound bar issue or my optical cable issue. It can be really annoying

Try changing the optical cable and see if it improves.
