CANNOT get turntable to stop skipping

I have a Technics 1200 MK2 and can't get it to stop skipping. I've adjusted the arm height, weight, anti-skating, made sure tone arm is level and bought a brand new LP but I cannot keep the turntable from skipping.

The cartridge is only a couple years old and has been used maybe 4 times.

Any suggestions?
