Canele 5 Problem

Hi Guys,

Customer of mine has lost her Canele 5 channel from her Italian satellite system. It now comes up as Scrambled.

Can anyone help please.

An Italian satellite system you say? Well if I ignore for a moment you said Italian you could try deleting all the channels and either doing a full factory re-start or a manual re-tune a la the thread below, which may help.

Is it completely scrambled or just certain programmes? Because AFAIK it's still FTA,(edit-it's listed on Lyngsat as still being FTA).

But IIRC,Canale 5 encrypt programmes that they dont have the rights for outside of italy....
