Cambridge Audio Azur 540R Versus Yamaha DSP-AX763

I am in need of an amp for both cinema and cd use due to lack of space. I am particularly interested in an amp that is good for cd playback and have narrowed it down to the Azur 540R or the 763. All the additional gadgetry is not really important to me. Can anybody advise?
