Hello,

there doesn't seem to many, if any, reviews - is this because they are poor speakers for the money (around £250), or just not popular for some reason ?

Hi-Fi Choice magazine gave them a very good review in their 'Budget Esoterica' series, and the BMR tech looks interesting. These speakers could just as easily have the Mordaunt-Short branding on them (the two companies have the same development teams and are both owned by Audio Partnership). Going off AP-designed MS ranges such as the Mezzo and Aviano ones, I'd guess the Aero 2s have got to be worth an audition. If I wasn't so delighted with my Dynaudios I would certainly have given them a listen. Once you've done that you'll have the only opinion that really matters - your own!

In order for them to get reviewed in most magazines and on most websites Cambridge have to send them the speakers. So the reason for the lack of reviews might be because Cambridge have not been seending them to magazines and wbsites to review.

A quick look online for the speakers and I found quite a few reviews. So Cambridge have been sending out the speakers for review. It seemed like most reviews liked them.
