cables for new set-up (Onkyo SR605, and Dali Ikon 6 Speakers)

I have an ONKYO SR605 receiver, Dali Ikon 6 surround sepakers, Denon 1940 DVD, Marantz CD6002 CD.

I also have the front speakers set up in bi-amp config!

I'm trying to establish the best cables for connecting them all. I'm thinking of getting Atlas equator MkII for the CD, and QED Performance HDMI for the DVD, and also a Chord Crimson for the Sub.....

Can you let me know, as I've heard that the Atlas and Chord cables show a little too much treble?

Your choices seem like good ones. Personally I swear by VDH interconnects and Chord speaker cables, I've heard the Atlas Equator too which is also good. These cables cannot add anything, they can only allow more detail through provided by your amplifier, especially bass due to offering less resistance.

HDMI wise, I wouldn't bother spending too much, as long as it works, try this:
