Question Bubble upnp free v licensed version

Any one use bubble upnp as a dlna renderer? As qobuz doesn't yet have a connect app yet for heos i' m looking for a way to renderit to my marantz mcr612. Are there any major differences that would justify my purchasing the the license. Are there any other decent dlna renderers out there ?

I've used bubble for years. The license is only a few quid and well worth it. I use it to stream from my NAS to my Chromecast Audio my Denon CEOL RCD-N7 (works considerably better than the Denon own remote control when streaming from the NAS) I also used to stream to my Sonos Amp before I shoved that into the back of my wardrobe (long story)

The only issue I had, that I started a thread about a couple of weeks ago, was random songs appearing in albums I was playing, even photos in a completely separate folder to my music were appearing in music folders. Murphy's law the day after I posted about it a bubble update cured the problem that had been an issue for a couple of years.

For the Android app on my phone a one off payment. I've not looked at the Windows version

After only a few minutes browsing through the settings of the free version its looking very very comprehensive. I'll use it for a few weeks then upgrade. I don't know about the server (the one you have to log into 194.×.×.× to configure) but its looking very good👍. Probably better than any offering from HEOS when it arrives

Downloaded bubbleupnp server apk paid for the licence and bought an album off qobuz . . Copied it to sd card and uploaded to ms onedrive so multiple redundancy 😁👍
