having discovered a pair of these at a local hifi store for a decent price (£180), I wondered what you guys thought of them. Mention on other forums seems to provoke fairly varied reactions, i wondered if anyone here had any thoughts for them at this price level. Im looking for something with a bit more body to replace my ms902i.

These are good speakers.

Good bass weight which is well timed and punchy, great midrange and clean sounding treble.

However & unfortunatley the tweeters do wear on these and more or less will probably need replacing. See if you can listen to them and if so, listen carefully to the tweeters.

B&W can still provide the parts so its not too much of an issue.

What AMP/CDP will you be matching with them and what music do you listen to?
