Beware the Kindle Fire HDX

I had a nice Fire HDX from my wife for Christmas. Having only just got round to playing with it I downloaded some albums to device, plugged in headphones and..... nothing.

A known problem with the Kindle it would appear.

It's going back.

Presumably this is just a faulty model, and you'll get a replacement which works?

A faulty model indeed and not the only one it would appear. To be honest I have just got off the 'phone to them and they are sending out a replacement. Just hope this one doesn't have the same problem.
