Best super low budget subwoofer for 90% music and 10% games,movies,tv all the other stuff

not to big, fairly loud and a balaced sound,bass you can adjust to under 80hz as the crossover

I suspect a very cheap subwoofer is going to be pretty poor. I may e wrong but I'm picturing quantity of bass rather than quality, and that's a Very Bad Thing.
