That's about it really unless you want to take a big hit and try a second-hand WiFi dealer. Not recommended. Speakers are extremely difficult to sell on if you have something that is not considered 'mainstream'.

Try splitting system into its component parts and stick with gumtree. You don't want to pay ebays costs on top of what you are likely to get for them.

I did come a cross a HiFi for sale website seems to be free maybe worth it for your speakers. Some exotic gear on there so might be worth a go, never used it myself: http://www.hifi-forsale.co.uk/

Your Marantz 63SE cdp will sell on ebay no problem but may only get about £50 now. Sony amp. again will sell but probably not for very much. Things that don't sell tend to have too high starting bids or reserves on them, best to get several bidders interested, many are put off by high starting prices.

when you say 'no much joy' I assume you mean you're not getting interest at the price you expect them to be worth. Anything will sell on eBay, give it a 99p start and see where it heads. But if you put a stupid start price that deters bidders then you'll get nobody. Selling on eBay is all about psychology. I've seen stuff sell at eg £1000 with a flurry of 11th-hour bids while Buy-It-Nows of the same item a couple of hundred cheaper have finished with no interest.

There are some hifi buyers out there. I sold my Linn to a chap from Essex who resells on eBay, as a proper business. He came to the south west to collect it, en route to Cheltenham races!

On ebay he trades as k4pog, and I think he traded through HiFiforSale too, but I don't recognise the current site. I think his name is John Pogson.

Worth a call though.
