Best multi-region upscaling DVD player

Hi,

I'm looking for a DVD upscaler for the many Region 1 etc DVD's I have.

Currently I'm looking at either the Toshiba XD-E500, Denon DVD1940 or one of the OPPO DVD players.

Does anyone know which will perform best?

Just to add, I already have a PS3 so I'm not really interested in a Blu-ray player with multi-region capability. Unless of course the price difference between it and the above is negligible
