AV Receiver with pre amp output

I'm considering upgrading from my out dated Yamaha DSP E-800 AV Prossessor to a modern AV receiver. Currently the front channels are provided by my hifi amp and I'd like to continue this. The only other alternative to pre amp outputs would be to have extra cables attached to the receiver and swap from amp to receiver each time I wanted to watch a film etc (I can't bi wire my front speakers). I've looked at the spec for a few receivers in the £500 range but non seem to have pre outs for the front speakers. Are there any out there around this price or am I stuck with the above compromise?

Onkyo TX-NR646 is 350 quid on Amazon.co.uk.

It has "Zone 2" pre-amp outputs which you could feed into your stereo amp aux channel to drive your front speakers. I think you can configure the Onkyo that way. Look up the manual on line and check before ordering.
