It's great when it works. The problem is Play-fi. It is the single worst streaming solution known to man. The app that's used to stream is so buggy, it's not even funny. Every streaming integration (except spotify) routs all audio through your phone (I know, insane). I don't understand how someone thought that was acceptable. Before you buy any play-fi enabled device please read reviews for play-fi.

The app works reasonably well in some respects, but we find it to not be as responsive or likeable as other platforms, while the presentation of usually pleasing services like Tidal isn’t as detailed, responsive or intuitive when used through the Play-Fi portal.
