Audi Technica ATH-70 Electret Condenser

Just bought these on whim. Does anyone have experience of them and know where I can get replacement pads. The manual says replacement pads are HP-37. They are round and simple and seem to fit by Velcro so I guess I could adapt something similar. Thanks
