apart from sky adding itv hd to the epg last night did they mess with anything else?

They've also moved ITV3+1 and 4+1 to 179 and 180(previously occupied by Fiver and Five USA). Five USA.Five USA+1,Fiver and Fiver+1 now occupy 174-178.

knew they had been up to something as my box was off when i got to it tonight!

i thought my colours looked washed out - also channel 5 looks fuzzy but maybe just the footy or my imagination

You know how to do a mains reboot, don't you (she said, desperately hoping with a smidgen of Lauren Bacall)?

Just unplug the mains and replug, wait a few minutes and reboot. Voila, Sky box totally recharged

(Don't try when you're meant to be recording something, obv)

Has ITV HD been launched only in certain ITV regions? SKY 3D has appeared on my EPG (Channel 217 ) but I can't find ITV HD. Have tried reboot,and rebuild, but no luck. I live in Central Scotland region. Any help welcomed.

hi douglas9 i live in glasgow area and i had to reboot sky hd box as it would not respond
to my remote commands ok now but i dont have itv hd in my epg either anyone know the reason for this in scotland

Is this perhaps to do with STV moving away from the ITV English schedule and going its own way on quite a lot of programming?

Have just read elsewhere that STV are not allowing transmission of ITV HD in their region because they object to the ITV logo, rather than the STV logo, appearing on the screen !!!! Seems I will just have to keep using the inconvenient 'Other Channels ' facility.

same here in N Ireland,rebooted but no ITVHD,SKY3D is there alright but no ITVHD,why?

It's being upscaled at source by pro/broadcast quality kit.
