anyone else still waiting for the subcription gift?

took out subscription at the end of August.

Called late October to enquire why the HDMI cable at not arrived. Told it would be dispatched within 2 weeks.

Thats over a month ago and still nothing.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Nothing new - all of us have been in the same boat one time or another.....there are always delays, mistakes, mis-communication, mis-placement,.....you name it.

Yes, i'm afraid the move to a new subscriptions agency and new warehouse- plus the postal strikes - means our fulfillment of offers hasn't been up to the high standards we expect.

I can only apologise on behalf of the team, and promise to pursue your case with vigour; it will get sorted.

Clare - I too waited a long time, then when I rang subscription services was informed it had been posted 2 weeks earlier. It never

arrived and I was told that I could no longer have the active HDMI cable (although there were 'plenty' left when I renewed my

subscription) but could have a mains cable instead. Are other late deliveries like the OP being offered the HDMI cable or an

alternative? I would rather have the HDMI so can I swap?

More free-gift offers in the New Year, once we're more confident our new fulfillment agency is working to our satisfaction.
