Any news about 3D TVs at CES 2026?

No 4K 3D discs are available (Its also not in the 4K spec as far as I can ascertain) so highly unlikely that it will resurface any time soon. (Even a lot of projectors these days don't support 3D)

A company called Visual Semiconductor inc partnered with Incergo are showing Glasses Free 3D at CES Las Vegas next week. If you Google GF3D ate CES there is a fair amount of Information on them. I understand production is due to start at the end of January for GF3D Tv's and then they will move onto laptops and Mobile phones

The CES showcase highlights Visual Semiconductor's GF3D™ technology, which enables immersive Glasses–Free 3D experiences without glasses, goggles, or privacy–invading eye–tracking technologies. GF3D™ operates at the display level, converting standard 2D content into immersive 3D in real time ..

The GF3D™ 65–inch 8K home display is designed for large–screen viewing environments and supports Glasses–Free 3D presentation for movies, sports, concerts, streaming content, and games at typical living–room viewing distances.

3d display tech has come a long way since red & blue cardboard cinema glasses! It's never interested me personally "cos I ain't go no 3d vision - those old ViewMaster 3d discs were wasted on me. The only vaguely impressive part of the last now defunct tech was the ability for 2 programs to be watched simultaneously where the glasses also conveyed the sound but cut the resolution.
The problem with the new glasses-free tech is limited viewing angle, ghosting & loss of resolution. It would work more effectively on small screen such as a phone, tablet or laptop.
There seems to be 3 competing technologies: Parallax Barrier, Lenticular Lens & the most complex - Volumetric. I'm not convinced any will ever take off commercially but time will tell.

I can remember the Nintendo 3DS and using it because it was 3D glasses free and feeling ill. But I always was ill with glasses 3D too in the past. Now I have normal glasses to wear and the 3D ones and I really like it and I am not unwell any longer. I wonder whether some people will feel ill with the glasses free 3D TVs?

Here is glasses free 3D 4K gaming monitor in action:
