No 4K 3D discs are available (Its also not in the 4K spec as far as I can ascertain) so highly unlikely that it will resurface any time soon. (Even a lot of projectors these days don't support 3D)

Although 4K was the true format that could deliver 3D in a full 1080p resolution to each eye.
