Amp to partner Rotel power amp

Does anyone have any suggestions as which would be the best amp to partner my Rotel 1075 power amp.At present it is connected to a Yamaha Dsp az2 but this lacks any HDMI connections. I have around £1200 to spend.

I would suggest a Rotel RSP1570 Surround Sound Processor/Pre-amplifier; I don't know how much it is in the UK, but here in Australia, RRP is AUD$2,999.00, so I would have thought that it would be under 1,500GBP, and with some haggling, I would think that 1,200GBP would be attainable.
